Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GPS Location & Phone Tracker mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Consent-Based Use — Important
The App is intended only for sharing locations with the knowledge and consent of all participating users. You may not use the App to track, monitor, or surveil any person without their informed agreement. Using the App for covert monitoring, stalking, harassment, or any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws.
4. The App Is Free
The App is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. We may show ads through the third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the App.
- Use the App to violate any law or the rights or privacy of others.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent the security or operation of the App or its services.
- Track or share another person's location without their explicit consent.
6. Your Content & Data
You retain ownership of the information you provide, such as saved places and shared location data. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for keeping your own backups where relevant. You are solely responsible for obtaining the consent of anyone whose location you share or view through the App.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Location data depends on device hardware, GPS signal, and network connectivity, and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. The App is not a safety, emergency, or life-saving service and must not be relied upon as one.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Because the App is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD 10.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPS Location & Phone Tracker and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party, including using the App to track someone without consent.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, liability, indemnification) will survive.
11. Google Play Distribution
The App is distributed through Google Play. This agreement is between you and the developer of the App only, and not with Google. Google is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use of the App must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You also represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-party list, in compliance with applicable export-control laws.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app and/or via the Google Play release notes, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
